THE SPACE: - Kitchenette: The studio features a very well-equipped kitchenette with a granite countertop, stove, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all the essential cookware and utensils — perfect for preparing a simple meal or enjoying your morning coffee in peace. - Sleeping Arrangements: There are two comfortable beds to suit your needs — a double bed (135 × 195 cm) and a sofa bed (145 × 200 cm), both with fresh linens and cozy bedding. - Bathroom: The private bathroom is fitted with a modern shower, toilet, and a handheld bidet for added comfort. A hairdryer and fresh towels are also provided to make your stay easy and convenient. This profound cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please be aware that if your reservation exceeds one month, a cleaning fee of €45 will be charged every month. This fee covers changing hotel-quality linens and towels and has to be paid before check-in. If you require additional cleanings during your stay, the same fee will apply. However, check-out cleaning is included in your stay at no extra cost. Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax. Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.
